What is the minimum number of staff needed to conduct on-site training?

A minimum of 8 staff are needed to conduct on-site training.

How do we know which courses to attend?

We have experienced consultants who can assist you in identifying which course will suit your particular job title or industry.

Are you able to train our staff in other regions?

Yes. We have public courses in Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban and Pretoria and we are able to travel to remote regions for group training.

How do we know which courses to attend?

Do the delegates get a certificate?

Yes. A Certificate of Attendance is issued on completion of the course.

What do delegates need to bring to the training?

Just bring yourself, Manuals, pens, stationery, lunch and refreshments are all included in the training.

Do you accept last minute bookings?

When we receive a late booking we always check the availability of seats on the chosen course and if it is available we will proceed with registration.

Do you have a customer services department?

Yes we do, feel free to contact our customer services department for any complaints/compliments.

Which venue do you use?

We hold all our Sponsorship at St. Andrews hotels

What time does your training start?

Registration is from 7:30 – 8:00 and the training begins at 8:00
